1. Competition entry is strictly over 18s.
2. The promoter is MXB Belfast on behalf of Letterkenny Retail Park.
3. The Agency is MXB, 355 – 367 Lisburn Road, Belfast, County Antrim, BT9 7EP.
4. MXB Agency will collect information on behalf of Letterkenny Retail Park for example, the winner’s name, address and mobile number for the purpose of competition management and prize winner management.
5. Musgrave Group is the sole sponsor of the promotion and holds sole responsibility for the promotion. The prize will be fulfilled by MXB.
6. The competition is open to residents of NI only, aged 18 years or older excluding employees of Letterkenny Retail Park or MXB their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion.
7. No purchase is necessary. Entry to the competition is free.
8. To enter, comment under the Facebook competition post(s) with the requested mechanic.
9. Only comments under the competition post will be accepted as entry.
10. The winner will be determined at random from all entries.
11. No cash alternative will be awarded in lieu of prizes.
12. There will be three competitions and three separate prizes: €100, €200 and €300 shoplk vouchers.
13. Prizes may take up to 28 working days to arrive.
14. The competition will begin on December 13th 2021 and will close on December 19th 2021. No exceptions.
15. The Winner will be notified in the comments. Letterkenny Retail Park will never ask for your personal details as part of a public post or ask you to enter your details on an external site.
16. In the event that the winner cannot be contacted or does not respond within 48 hours to the winner notification, an alternative winner will be selected from entries.
17. The Winner must agree to participate in any promotional activities that may be organised by the Promoter in connection with the Promotion without any further consent or payment.
18. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook. You understand that you are providing your information to page owners of this promotion and not to Facebook. The information you provide will only be used for this promotion unless specific authorisation is given.
19. Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions.
20. All winner details will be sent to a third party to enable delivery of the prize to be arranged.

• The competition is open to children aged between 4 and 14 years.

• Entries must be made by the parent or legal guardian and must be over 18.

• Entries can be made at Letterkenny Retail Park on the 4^th and 11^th December 2021 between 12 noon and 4pm only.

• Only one entry allowed per child

•  By completing and submitting the entry form, indicates you accept these terms and conditions.

• The competition opens on November 29th 2021 and the deadline for entries is 11^th December 2021 at 4pm.

• The judges’ decisions will be final and binding.

• We will notify winners via email or phone on 16^th December 2021. If we cannot contact any winners, within 24 hours it will be forfeited. We will then choose a new winner for that prize. The name of the winners and a copy of the winning letters will be posted on Letterkenny Retail Park Social Media Pages

• The winner will receive a prize of a Smyths Toys €300 voucher, to be collected from Smyths Toys, Letterkenny Retail Park on Saturday, 18^th December 2021

• Four runners up will receive a €25 Smyths Toys voucher
• No cash or prize alternatives are available
• Letterkenny Retail Park reserve the right in their reasonable discretion to substitute any prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

• We will not be liable for any loss or damage, however caused, to any entries and bear no responsibility for incomplete or delayed entries.

• We reserve the right to cancel the competition at any stage if we deem necessary, or for

reasons beyond our reasonable control. We will have no liability to the entrants in respect of any such cancellation.

• Winners grant us, the competition sponsors and all media partners an irrevocable, perpetual licence to reproduce, enlarge, publish or exhibit, mechanically or electronically on any media worldwide (including the internet) their artwork.

• By entering the competition, the parent/legal guardian confirms and warrants that the child’s or children’s letter that has been submitted:

– is their own original work;

• There is no charge to enter the competition.

• Your entry will not be returned to you.

• The promoter is MXB Agency

• Employees or agents of Letterkenny Retail Park and their group of companies or their family members may not enter the Competition.

• All necessary parental/guardian consent in this instance is obtained by submitting entry to the competition and by doing so agreeing to all enclosed T&Cs.

• We, Letterkenny Retail Park and our marketing partner, will use your personal information for the purposes of administering this competition, informing you if you have won and if so, issuing your prize. We will publish the name and age of winners, this information will also be included alongside the winning letters and if written permission given by parent/guardian a photograph of the winners where published, exhibited or used in any press/marketing material. We will safeguard your personal information in accordance with the requirements of the Data Protection Act 1998 and GDPR.

Any personal information you give us will be used solely for this competition and will not be passed on to any other parties.
